Blue Assurance CEO Kerwin Gaines has been named Chairman of the Delaware Defense Alliance. This organization will be sponsored by the New Castle County Economic Development Council. The mission of the Alliance will be to identify, champion, and coordinate issues that contribute to the state of Delaware’s defense industry.
